Table Massages

Are you ready for some pampering? I know I sure am. Below is the schedule of our 2 massage therapists that doing table massages at this weekends crop. The spots are on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in one of the time slots e-mail Melissa @ lyssa9282@yahoo.com. If you are unsure and if the spots are still available, you can sign up at the weekend. The cost is $70 for a 1 hour massage.

Diane: Friday November 12 -- 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM

Diane: Saturday November 13 -- 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM

Games

To get you even more excited for this upcoming weekend, we thought we would let you know of some of the games that we would be offering.

• Pass the Tiara – as you create scrapbook layouts steal the tiara from other scrappers. Be the lucky one wearing it at the right time and receive a prize… all can participate. In addition, teh Queens get door prize tickets.
• Pajama Party – after dinner get your PJ’s on. All participating croppers will receive door prize tickets.
• BINGO! – $10 for 3 cards: The winner will get to spend their winnings on products from the new catalog!
• Scavenger Hunt – Search and find specific items… all can participate. The first 3 people to complete the form will get to choose a prize and everyone else to complete will receive door prize tickets.
• “What’s In the Bag?” – stick your hand in 10 different bags filled with “stuff”. The first person to guess the most objects in the bags will win a prize. All participants will receive door prize tickets.

I hope that gets you excited for some of the games that we will be playing. Some are back by popular demand and others are brand-new. I am excited and can't wait!!!

 

Contests -- come prepared!!!

For the first time we are offering you the option to come prepared for the Layout/Card Contests. The categories are:

• Goody, Goody Gum Drops – use the supplies in your goodie bag to create either a card and/or a 2 page layout. Cards and layouts will be judged separately.
• Fall Frenzy – create a fall inspires layout.
• Such a “Sweet Set” – use Rose Red, Elegant Eggplant and Baja Breeze to create a Sweet Set. This is from the NEW color coach, on the back of the Rose Red card. Check it out!!!

Plan what you are bringing accordingly so that you can win some of the great prizes that we have to offer and door prize tickets just for participating. In addition, the winning designs will be posted on the blog for everyone to admire!!! Be one of the first customers to get your designs displayed on the blog.

Just a couple days away!!!

Are you ready for an awesome weekend at the Dolce?  Here are some suggestions for preparation:

• print those pictures
• get paper and embellishments ready for pages
• bring layout books
• decide if you will be stamping cards as well
• Don't forget those adhesives (I did it one time and I had to scrounge around for some)
• Bring extra money for massages through the weekend
• A bathing suit for the pool or hot tub
• Your party hat!!!

We are all excited and getting ready for all of you to have the time of your lives!  See you in 3 days!

 

Fall Crop Weekend and Secret Pals get ready!

 ARE YOU GETTING READY FOR SOME ME TIME? I know I am. So much to do and plan. And if you and I don't get everything done and pack in time, Who cares?? It's a girls' getaway and ME TIME!!

I'm so excited about the new Santa's Workshop and more!! I hope all you Secret Pal Gals are getting ready. This swap is a great way to meet other croppers. If you haven't sent a card to your pal don't worry, you have many chances to give a card. You can leave cards and little notes at her desk, throughout Friday and Saturday.  Bring them to the help desk or to me and I will put them on her desk, and we'll just keep her guessing until the reveal! Are you excited about the reveal? I know I cannot wait to see some of your faces! It will be great!!

Class - Two-Page Layout

 

Here is the sample of the advanced two-page layout class offered, Nov 13 at 4:30pm, of the crop weekend. We will be creating our own shimmer paper and different textures of paper using useveral different techniques. This makes a great page for Winter. (The chipboard snowflake will be replaced by paper snowflakes using the BigShot. Mine haven’t come in yet and I needed to post my picture.)

 

Don't Forget...

Regular registration for classes at the Fall Crop 2010 ended on 10/29, but there are still a few spots available.  Late registration includes a $5 surcharge.  Visit the Fall Crop Weekend Classes for more details.

On another note... registration for the Santa's Workshop is now closed.  We will not be taking any registrations during the weekend for this activity.
