Ok Ladies,

Are you ready for our Summer Crop full of fun and Games. Our Saturday Night Game will be:

THE CATALOG SCAVENGER HUNT: who ever brings their catalog with them will get a extra door prize ticket. (there will be some available to play with if you forget).

CONTESTS: Your best scrapbook layout and Card. Will also be held on Saturday night.

So you have about 16 days to memorize your new catalog and think up a great Scrapbook Page or Card. Can't wait to see you all there.

We LOVE our contests and games!

For those of you who have joined us at a crop weekend before, you know we love our contests and games.  We try to create some extra fun within the whole weekend.  So those of you who are new to our weekends, you are in for an awesome time.   Here are some sneak peeks into what we will be offering this weekend.

1.  Get those memories working...you will need it for our Friday night "Memory Game"...something new and a way that you will be able to win a bunch of door prize tickets!

2.  Come up with some of your favorite "famous" people...you will have the opportunity to use your creativity to create our "famous build a bear".

3. Supply Baggie Creation...30 people will have a chance to create an incredible project using a "fun supply baggie"...what can you come up with?

4.  Our "standard" BINGO will remain the same...EXCEPT, with a twist. It's all about the SCRAP!!!

We are all looking forward to playing with all of you!  Get ready to have a blast...less than 1 month away!

Games

To get you even more excited for this upcoming weekend, we thought we would let you know of some of the games that we would be offering.

• Pass the Tiara – as you create scrapbook layouts steal the tiara from other scrappers. Be the lucky one wearing it at the right time and receive a prize… all can participate. In addition, teh Queens get door prize tickets.
• Pajama Party – after dinner get your PJ’s on. All participating croppers will receive door prize tickets.
• BINGO! – $10 for 3 cards: The winner will get to spend their winnings on products from the new catalog!
• Scavenger Hunt – Search and find specific items… all can participate. The first 3 people to complete the form will get to choose a prize and everyone else to complete will receive door prize tickets.
• “What’s In the Bag?” – stick your hand in 10 different bags filled with “stuff”. The first person to guess the most objects in the bags will win a prize. All participants will receive door prize tickets.

I hope that gets you excited for some of the games that we will be playing. Some are back by popular demand and others are brand-new. I am excited and can't wait!!!

 

Contests -- come prepared!!!

For the first time we are offering you the option to come prepared for the Layout/Card Contests. The categories are:

• Goody, Goody Gum Drops – use the supplies in your goodie bag to create either a card and/or a 2 page layout. Cards and layouts will be judged separately.
• Fall Frenzy – create a fall inspires layout.
• Such a “Sweet Set” – use Rose Red, Elegant Eggplant and Baja Breeze to create a Sweet Set. This is from the NEW color coach, on the back of the Rose Red card. Check it out!!!

Plan what you are bringing accordingly so that you can win some of the great prizes that we have to offer and door prize tickets just for participating. In addition, the winning designs will be posted on the blog for everyone to admire!!! Be one of the first customers to get your designs displayed on the blog.

I just wanted to thank my secret pal for my gift that I received in the mail this weekend.  It's so much fun to get little things here and there. 

Don't forget your secret pals...you can send them something you made or even a hand stamped card.  Just a little prelude of what's to come for the weekend!

Scavenger Hunt Items....

Our Scavenger Hunt is usually a hit at the weekends.  Someone is always scrambling to find that one item!!!!  Now you can help us by sending me your ideas for the Scavenger Hunt!!!  We are looking for items that might be alittle obscure, but would still be likely to be at the crop.  The item might be scrapbook or card related, it might have to do with the hotel, etc.  If we decide to use your item, you will get an extra door prize ticket.  If I get multiple suggestions of the same item, the person who sent it in first will get the ticket.  Past items have been crop-a-dile, filled out registration form for the next crop, ribbon, specific brads, etc.

Games, Contests & Fun at the Winter Crop Weekend!

Our Winter Crop Weekend is sure to be a fun time!  On top of all the scrapbooking you'll get done, we have some really fun games and contests planned! There will be our usual, but always fun, Scavenger Hunt, last year's popular Bingo game is back and a new one I am calling Ga-Ga for Goodies!  There will be more details at the weekend about all these games, but if you can't wait, just ask! 

We are also having a Pajama Party on Saturday night!  So why not wear some fun, silly, comfy or (insert adjective here) pajamas, maybe some goofy slippers or match with a friend or two.  We will add more details about the Pajama Party on the blog so you can prepare.  As usual, all our games and contests are completely optional, but if you do participate, you just might win a prize!! 

Don't forget to sign up for the Secret Pal Swap by this Monday if you are still interested! It is fun to get goodies from someone you might not even know and I am always surprised at what people come up with!
