A Big Thank You to All!!

On behalf of all the demonstrators, I wanted to thank all of you who came out in our big storm and cropped with us this weekend.  It was a great weekend and I think everyone had a great time!

I just uploaded several photos from this weekend.  I always think I take so many, and then when I get home, there are never as many as I thought.  But I know others took some too, so maybe I'll be able to add more later this week.  In the meantime, check out the album I do have - maybe you'll see yourself in some of them!!

Winter Crop Weekend: Last Minute Reminders

I’m sure everyone has heard about the upcoming storm, and I want to assure you, the Scrapbooking Weekend WILL go on!!!

Thursday Night Availability: If you are concerned about the weather and would like to stay at the hotel on Thursday night, the hotel has made several rooms available to us.  If you would like to take advantage of that, the rate is $102.35 for a regular room (suites are more).  That price would be split between every person in the room and includes all state and hotel taxes.  Please email Jen with the names of people in your room and I will book your room that night.  You will have to pay Jen Peel at the weekend and a check would be preferred.

Curbside Assistance: The hotel provides curbside assistance!!  To utilize this service (which is FREE!), please drive to the front of the hotel and a bell hop will greet you and unload all of your supplies and take them to the room for you.  (They do appreciate tips!!)

Massages for Winter Crop!!! (Updated) -- Jean is BOOKED!

Ok, the long awaited massage schedule is being posted. If anyone is interested in taking a spot e-mail Melissa @ lyssa9282@yahoo.com. We will be offering one hour table massages and also chair massages and reflexology. The schedule that is below is for the table massages; the sign ups for the other massages will take place at the weekend.

We will have two massage therapists, Jean and Diane, doing the table massages and Aletha will be doing the chair and reflexology.

The price for table massages is $70 for an hour.

Winter Crop Weekend 2010

Our Fall Crop Weekend was a great success.  The hotel, the Dolce Basking Ridge, was AMAZING!!!  And we are extremely happy to announce that our next scrapbooking weekend (February 26-28) will also be held here.

I only took a couple pictures, but here is one of the crop room.  (Our room in February will be larger and will be able to hold 60 scrappers.)  This room held 32 people.

Here are some of the perks you'll receive if you attend one of our weekends:

• every seat is next to an aisle
• every attendee receives a goodie bag
• bell hop service to help you bring all your "stuff" to and from your car
• ergonomic chairs!
• use of a Cricut Expression, Sizzix Big Shot, and a large variety of punches

Crop Weekend Gift Certificates

Get what you REALLY want this holiday season - a weekend away!!!

Gift certificates for our Crop Weekends are now available in $25 increments starting at just $25.  These gift certificates can be used to pay for your weekend fee, pay for crop weekends classes, or in our marketplace (at the weekend).

To purchase one, contact your demonstrator.  If you do not have a demonstrator, or are not sure who your demonstrator might be, send an email to info@njcropweekends.com.

If you would like us to contact your gift-giver, please send an email to info@njcropweekends.com.  Include the following information: your name, your demonstrator's name (if known), the weekend (or weekends) you are most interested in, the package you are most likely to select, your gift giver's name, your gift giver's email address, and your relationship to that person.

All gift certificates will be valid for one year from the date of issue.  (That gives you four weekends in 2010 that you can use them toward!!)

Queen of the Crop: Winter Crop Weekend

We are now looking for Queens of the Crop for our Winter Crop Weekend, February 26-28, 2010.  Want to know how to become one?

Just pay in full for your Crop Weekend* by Sunday, November 15, 2009 and you will be a Queen of the Crop!  Want to know what that gains you?

• Preferred seating in the crop room (in other words, you pick your seat)
• First choice of massage therapy appointments
• 10% discount on all your classes during the weekend
• Other special gifts and attention throughout the weekend

As you will see, we LOVE our Queens of the Crop!!  We hope you'll be one someday soon, too!!!

* Any package except for single day local packages (D-F) qualify for all the perks.  People who register for Package D, E, or F will not be guaranteed preferred seating, but may take advantage of all other perks.

Curbside Assistance! :)

How many of you arrive at a Crop Weekend with the overwhelming feeling, "How will I get everything out of my car?"  Well, fear no more!!!  The Dolce will have a Guest Service Agent available to assist in unloading all of your supplies onto bell carts and taking it up to the crop room!!

When you arrive, please drive to the main entrance where you will be met upon arrival with the Guest Service Agent.

Massage Therapist Schedule

All massage therapists charge $1/minute for their services.

Aletha will be available on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday for chair massages and reflexology.  Sign up for time slots with Aletha (in 10 minute increments) at the weekend.

Table massages will be offered on Saturday at the following times:
