Do you want to share your favorite card?  Would you like to replenish your stack of cards?  Do you want to get some ideas for new cards?  If yes, this is the swap for you.  Email Jenn at stampinjenn@yahoo.com  and let me know you would like to join the swap.  Here are the choices for you to pick from.  Create your cards according to a specific theme…and create whatever your heart desires.  Any supplies, brands, and styles are welcome.

CANDY SWAP

Who can scrap or card make without sweet treats!  Pick a treat you would like to share (can be chocolate to lollipops...whatever suits you)  with other swap mates and create a little goodie bag for each person.  And you will come away with a nice selection of treats to munch on.  Email Jenn Cagnassola at stampinjenn@yahoo.com if you would like to participate.  Choose your treat and let me know what you will be bringing to swap so we will each be bringing something different to snack on!

Ribbon Swap Sign Ups

Ribbon Swap at the Winter Crop

Join the RIBBON swap.  It is simple and fun.  Choose a color from the list below.  Next contact me, Jenn Cagnassola at stampinjenn@yahoo.com .  Tell me that you would like to join the Ribbon Swap and your color is__________.  The next thing you will do is get 5 different ribbons of that color (can be combos of colors, but the main color is the one you chose)  can be any brand or make of ribbon.   You will then cut 1 yard of each of the 5 ribbons for each participant in the swap (I will let you know how many people are participating in the swap).  Bundle the ribbons up any way you choose…be as creative as you want to be.  Everyone participating in the swap will receive a whole bunch of “new” ribbon at the crop! 

Please respond by January 31, 2010.  I will follow up with all of you participating, the first week of February to let you know how many people you will be cutting for.

SECRET PAL SWAP for the February Weekend Crop

 Secret Pal Swap

One Big highlight from our crop weekends is the ever popular, secret pal swap.  How cool would it be when your name is called out to pick up a surprise at the help desk, or you find a little gift on your scrapping space when you leave for a little while.  Here is a chance to get some goodies that you wouldn't go out and get for yourself.  Or create a "wish list" of supplies and things you would like to have for the weekend.

Here is how it works;

As a secret pal, you will fill out a questionnaire "privately" to the coordinator of the swap.  The Swap coordinator will put all the participants names in a hat and give each person a pal.  You will then receive your pals questionnaire to learn more about her.  You may or may not know them, but either way, you’ll want to keep yourself secret!!!  You’ll want to make your secret pal feel very special by giving her gifts before and (especially) during the weekend.  You may want to send her a card or 2 before hand, buy her some scrapping supplies (I think chocolate counts for this, too!!) to give her during the weekend, and don’t forget - hand made gifts are always fun too!!  We suggest keeping the total amount of money that you spend around $40.  Keep in mind, someone will be giving YOU gifts all weekend too!!!  On Saturday night, we will have a “reveal”, so you can finally introduce and/or reveal yourself to your secret pal as well as find out who your pal was.

Sweet Treat Swap

Sure we all love chocolate but let’s mix it up a little this time.

It’s baking season!!!  Use your creative juices and come up with a sweet treat that your cropping buddies will be munching on through the late hours that night. Or find a great treat in your favorite store and make creative packaging for it.

DIE CUT /PUNCH Embellishment Swap

Join our die cut/Punch embellishment swap!! Use any type of die cutting machines/punches you have.  Pick a category below, use your imagination, and have fun!  The die-cuts/punches can be used for future cards or scrapbooking creations. 

Once you have chosen a category, create 3-5 die cuts/punches that represent that occasion and put them into a little package for each of the participants.

One of the highlights of our crop weekends is definitely the Secret Pal Swap!!!  So as not to disappoint, we are planning a secret pal swap at our Fall Crop Weekend!!  It will be tons of fun, and work like any Secret Santa/Secret Sister program.  Here is a brief overview of what you will need/want to do…

You will get information on another scrapper coming to the weekend.  You may or may not know them, but either way, you’ll want to keep yourself secret!!!  You’ll want to make your secret pal feel very special by giving her gifts before and (especially) during the weekend.  You may want to send her a card or 2 before hand, buy her some scrapping supplies (I think chocolate counts for this, too!!) to give her during the weekend, and don’t forget - hand made gifts are always fun too!!  We suggest keeping the total amount of money that you spend around $40.  Keep in mind, someone will be giving YOU gifts all weekend too!!!  On Saturday night, we will have a “reveal”, so you can finally introduce and/or reveal yourself to your secret pal as well as find out who your pal was.
