Crafting storage and organizing Tip!

Hi all, I have a tip on organizing your scraps tip. I actually got this tip from my 2nd upline Jen Peel. She organizes her scraps in a file cabinet. Thanks Jen!!  Any way saw this file cart with 2 baskets underneath the files from The Container Store, which by the way is my most favorite store. LOVE IT! Its my store for all my organizing needs, and I am an Organizing Diva!  I organized my files according to color family with SU Names , ex: Almost Navy , Not Quite Navy and Bashful Blue in one file folder etc.. and use the actual color in the tabs with the name on it.  Here is a picture, I wanted to share because I just love this and it is always at my side and available!! Just a couple days away!!!

Are you ready for an awesome weekend at the Dolce?  Here are some suggestions for preparation:

• print those pictures
• get paper and embellishments ready for pages
• bring layout books
• decide if you will be stamping cards as well
• Don't forget those adhesives (I did it one time and I had to scrounge around for some)
• Bring extra money for massages through the weekend
• A bathing suit for the pool or hot tub
• Your party hat!!!

We are all excited and getting ready for all of you to have the time of your lives!  See you in 3 days!

How many of you arrive at a Crop Weekend with the overwhelming feeling, "How will I get everything out of my car?"  Well, fear no more!!!  The Dolce will have a Guest Service Agent available to assist in unloading all of your supplies onto bell carts and taking it up to the crop room!!

When you arrive, please drive to the main entrance where you will be met upon arrival with the Guest Service Agent.

Last Night!!!!!

Yyyaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally it is here. Tomorrow is the big day and I am so excited. As I am still trying to pack my things, I thought I would share with you important things to remember.

• Cute PJ for the PJ Party

• A large ziploc baggie if you are participating in the chocolate swap (to collect all your goodies)

• Make sure you leave a "Honey-Do List" -- my husband "loves" these lists.

Can't wait to see some of you tomorrow and the rest of the weekend.

The little extras...

I can not wait to get in that room and start focusing on my scrapbooking... and spending some time with my friends!! It will be such a joy to get a full sentence out without getting interrupted with "Mommy,  can you ..."   AND maybe I'll sneak in a little nap! :)

Don't forget the little things like that. This is a weekend to take care of YOU! Take a break from busy schedules to sit back and enjoy your passion of scrapbooking and have a good time.

Here are a few things to make sure you put on your packing list:

• your camera (and extra batteries)-- there will be tons of great ideas and demonstrations!
  
• extra SNAIL (adhesive) refills &/or glue sticks
  
• a pen :)
• new paper cutter blades
• any notes on photos you want to scrap (I have a journal that I use for my thoughts till i scrap them)
• any items to swap in our Happiness is Camping Swap Box
  
• Color Coach (color wheel)
• slippers-- be comfy!!
• a ruler

Costco Lowers 4x6 Photo Prices!!
